1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the InnerAxisLabs website ("Site") and purchasing our products ("Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our Products.

InnerAxisLabs is operated by Ryan Pedram ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Products and Health Disclaimer

Dietary Supplements: InnerAxisLabs Products are dietary supplements intended to support general health and wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-Order Nature: Products marked as "Pre-Order" are not yet available for immediate shipment. By placing a pre-order, you understand and agree that:

• Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase
• Estimated ship dates are approximations and subject to change
• You will receive email updates regarding your order status
• You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before shipment

Ship Date Changes: If our estimated ship date changes significantly (more than 30 days), we will notify you by email and provide the option to cancel for a full refund.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

6. Shipping

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Additional countries may be added in the future.

Shipping Times: Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 5-10 business days for standard shipping. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier and destination.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery.

The InnerAxisLabs name, logo, and product names (IAL-01, IAL-02, IAL-03) are trademarks of InnerAxisLabs. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNERAXISLABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AT ISSUE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
