- Canada — All provinces and territories

United States

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships, not when the order is placed. Times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days once products are in stock
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
- You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships
International Orders (Canada)
For orders shipping to Canada:
- Customs & Duties: You may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- Delivery Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.
- Tracking: International tracking may have limited visibility once the package leaves the US.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your expected ship date, please contact us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:
- Check tracking for the latest status
- Contact us at support@inneraxislabs.com
- We'll work with the carrier to locate your package
- If unrecoverable, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address?
- Before shipment: Contact us immediately and we'll update your address
- After shipment: Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to request a redirect (fees may apply)
