Our Promise
If it doesn't work for you, full refund. No questions asked.
We stand behind our formulas. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll refund your money. Simple as that.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Since InnerAxisLabs products are currently available for pre-order:
- Before shipment: Cancel anytime for a full refund. No reason needed.
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- How to cancel: Email support@inneraxislabs.com with your order number.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Once products ship and you've had a chance to try them:
- 60-Day Window: Request a refund within 60 days of delivery if you're not satisfied.
- No Return Required: Keep or discard the product. We don't need it back.
- Full Refund: We'll refund the full purchase price (excluding original shipping if applicable).
- One Per Customer: Satisfaction guarantee applies to your first order of each product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or incorrect items
- We'll send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- Let us know you'd like a refund — no explanation required
- We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available for:
- Orders placed more than 60 days before the refund request
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Bulk or wholesale orders (contact us for bulk order policies)
